I am Fiona Parker-Cole, PhD. I specialise in midlife mindset, helping women to tackle self-limiting beliefs and fears, transforming midlife into an empowering experience.

We create our own story of who we are and what we are capable of from our perceptions of experience. Beliefs built up over time from words and actions not just by us but those told to us by family, friends and society

Midlife is a time of change and I believe that change can be harnessed to create the best years of your life … so far.

Thought is the foundation of all action.

We all have negative self-beliefs and thoughts that hamper our progress. What would your life be like if you learned that you were more powerful than you have ever been taught? That you have control over your thought and that change in mindset is possible through neuroplasticity - our nerves can fire in new ways to create new more empowering pathways. I use energy psychology techniques such as EFT to reroute these thoughts and encourage new, healthier pathways.

Action is the catalyst for all change.

We live busy lives; it’s hard to keep track of health behaviours and positive actions to support ourselves consistently. There’s a lot of talk about self-care, but actually, what does that mean for you? How can we find ways to manage all the balls that we juggle every day, while supporting our own needs. I use behavioural psychology to help find sustainable patterns of behaviour.

Image is the reflection of all that we are.

Expressing ourselves fully, maintaining a positive self-image both inside and externally is true coherence. This goes beyond fashion and style but to a solid expression of who you choose to be. The way we think about ourself informs how we present ourselves, free from the constraints of external judgement. How we choose to express ourselves through colour and personal choice contributes to how we feel about ourselves in a feedback loop. We can start with the outside or the inside but all roads lead back to you. I use integrative psychology and styling to help you find clothes in your wardrobe that give you easy, expressive options so that getting dressed is a joy not a cause for stress.
