Hi, I’m Fiona Parker-Cole, PhD.

Everything I’ve done up to this point has led me to helping you instigate change from the inside out. Professionally, I’m a Health Behaviour Psychologist, specialising in identity and behavioural change. I understand the tools required to make a difference. I am also an EFT practioner , an energy psychology technique that realigns self-limiting thoughts from a deep subconscious perspective.

But perhaps it’s my life experience that can contribute a unique difference to my work. I’ve tackled the same problems as you; maybe that’s low self-esteem or body confidence. I’ve struggled in the past with accepting parts of myself and tried to fit in to other’s ideas of perfection. I failed to listen to my inner knowing and express from that place. I know from experience and deep inner work that these feelings can be things of the past - it’s time to redress.


The Menopause.

There are times in life when things seem to flow uphill. The Menopause is one of those times when women need extra support.  Those wretched hormones play havoc with our shape but it’s not just physical changes, we often feel overwhelmed with a sense of loss. Do we really need to lose ourselves in this inevitable period of change? 

The ladies I work with often have long-held patterns and beliefs that limit their feelings of empowerment; it seems that a lot of emotion comes to the surface at this time. Sometimes those feelings are heightened by empty nest syndrome, a health complaint, personal loss or a feeling of separation.

There’s something about being ‘halfway through’ that makes us look at our choices and want to find freedom and self-assurance to ensure the future looks brighter and better amidst the upheavals of life.

The Japanese call the menopause the ‘second spring’; hey, why not? I'll help you gain confidence in how you look and feel. Tackling the thoughts and long standing beliefs that don’t support your goals.
